Depending on the maximum slippage you had set before a swap, you might have received fewer tokens than expected. To know more about slippage, visit this article.

We recommend you use a blockchain explorer to check your latest transactions. Here are some common block explorers for each chain:

Besides slippage, other reasons might explain why you are not seeing your tokens:

You unlocked the token but not swapped

If it is the first time you are using a token on ParaSwap, or you have not unlocked it permanently the last time you used it, you need to unlock your token before swapping. Unlocking a token and swapping are two separate transactions, and unlocking may sometimes require the user to pay for gas.

The swap was not executed if you only unlocked the token. You still have your token of origin in your wallet and need to submit the trade again.

Transaction is not processed yet

Please check the transaction status in your corresponding blockchain explorer and confirm it has been processed and its status is ‘Success.’ To know more about transaction status, visit this article

The resulting token is not added to your wallet

If the transaction was successful and you do not see the tokens in your wallet, you may need to import the token’s contract address to your wallet manually.

You used the Swap & Transfer feature and transferred to another address

If the transaction was successful, you manually imported the resulting token into your wallet and still can’t see the tokens; you may have used the Swap & Transfer feature.

With this feature, your tokens are swapped and transferred to the address of your choice in a single transaction. Please check the transaction details in the corresponding blockchain explorer to find the destination address if this is the case.

Swap to native token

If you swap a token for a native token (ETH for mainnet, Arbitrum, Optimism, MATIC for Polygon, etc.) and you don't see it on the chain explorer, received token will be displayed in the "Internal Transactions" Tab of the corresponding chain explorer and not on the main "Transactions" tab.
